The program is locked in ICOM network emulation mode and returns the error "A connection to the vehicle interface could not be established due to a network error" when attempting to read it.

In this case, our patcher is conflicting with another version installed on your PC. If you use this patcher for another program, after launching ISTA, rename the EDIABAS folder in C: (with a different, random name). This will resolve the issue.
If not, clean up your old EDIABAS installations and other patches that might interfere with your new version of ISTA.
